The German crane and heavy haulage specialist Wiesbauer has taken over the crane business of the crane, transport and heavy haulage company Florian Herbold. The deal includes two dedicated locations in Bretzfeld-Schwabbach and Bad Rappenau, which lead the Wiesbauer network to seven locations – all within Baden-Württemberg. Florian Herbold’s crane fleet includes units from 40 to 150 tons as well as loading cranes and glass handling equipment.
The acquisition is part of Wiesbauer’s strategy of both expanding and offering a more localized service. Completion is expected on September 1st.
Florian Herbold will focus on the transport and heavy haulage business in the future, the company also operates an access rental fleet.
Founded in 1958, Wiesbauer, based in Bietigheim-Bissingen, covers Baden-Württemberg with a fleet of around 80 cranes and 160 employees.
