A truck crane tipped onto a house in Slidell – across Lake Pontchartrain from New Orleans, Louisiana – yesterday after one of its booms hit the concrete drive while lifting branches from the back of the building.

There were four people in the house at the time, but neither they nor the crane operator were seriously injured, although one was being treated for minor injuries.

The crane is a four-axle boom truck model owned and operated by Tree Tech of Louisiana.
