My favorite article ideas start after a spontaneous day. On Saturday the weather was great and it was the perfect start to May. I first had margaritas in the early afternoon at Cantina, a brand new Mexican restaurant on Jenkinson’s Boardwalk. It’s a Point Pleasant Beach restaurant that you should absolutely drink and eat this summer! After devouring tacos and a strawberry margarita, I headed to a food truck festival at Oak Tree Lodge in Wall Township. The festival was great and the organizers raised $ 17,000 for the Valerie Fund, which runs Camp Happy Times. Camp Happy Times is a one-week overnight camp experience for any child aged 5-21 who has or has had cancer. The food trucks were there in full swing and they all had something special to offer … so I had to compile a list of the tastiest Jersey Shore food trucks!

I’ve tried a lot of these trucks and did some research too! However, if I am missing something please email me at jim.guiliano@townsquaremedia.com. I would love to add your favorite food truck to the list! Send a picture and a description! Check out the list below:
