Stoecklin Logistics, a provider of innovative supply chain solutions, is presenting a range of dynamic MASTer ™ stacking cranes, which are characterized by high acceleration and movement speeds, improved energy efficiency and a modular structure, and offer significantly improved performance and high availability. The new cranes also have simpler and faster wheels and hoists, better standardization across different cranes and load capacities, shorter assembly and manufacturing times, a lighter construction and improved accessibility to components for maintenance.
“We have applied all of our lessons learned from the past few decades to the new MASTer stacking cranes to improve design and production so that our customers can see dramatically improved performance at a lower cost. These cranes move products and materials better, safer and smarter, and are easier to maintain and repair when necessary. The bottom line is that it is a more cost-effective crane, ”said Klaus Jäger, Product Manager at Stoecklin.
The MASTer stacking cranes are available in models from 16 to 137 feet. You can move two pallets into single, double and multiple deep slots at the same time. The new design also improves safety by employing a brake that increases the usable cube of the bearing compared to the hydraulic buffer used in most systems.
The new stacking cranes are suitable for material handling applications in all business areas, especially in consumer goods, automobiles, cold stores and pharmaceuticals.
