A soccer support took his love of the game to a new level by hiring a crane so he could watch a game live.
The Polish Football League has resumed after a hiatus due to the coronavirus lockdown, but games are played behind closed doors, forcing fans to watch games on TV or take things into their own hands as in the case of the dedicated fan .
The fan was sitting on the platform crane when his team, Śląsk Wrocław, played Płock away. Now the club wants to find out who the fan is who was ready to reach new heights for their team.
“Śląsk Wrocław – a love for life,” wrote the club on its official Twitter page. “This fan went to Plock and rented a crane near the stadium to see WKS. Help us find out who this fan is. Contact us if you’re reading this. “
The crane rental was apparently worth it, as the Wrocław Club won 2-1.
Another tweet said, “We dedicate victory to this amazing fan.”
The club midfielder Krzysztof Mączyński was quick to praise the fan.
“Before I tell you about the game, I would like to say hello and thank you to this fan,” he wrote on Twitter. “Great respect. People like this fan make it worth going out and playing.”
