Terex Trucks has changed its name to Rokbak.
“Our company has an incredible history and a proud legacy,” said Paul Douglas, managing director, in a prepared statement. “We became part of the Volvo Group seven years ago, which has allowed us to make significant improvements in all areas of our business. Millions of pounds have been invested in improving our products and modernizing them [sic] our facilities, the expansion of our network and the development of our employees. It was a process of constant development. That is why we think it is right to honor this development with a new brand name in order to open an exciting new chapter in our history. And we will continue to invest to further improve our machines for our customers. “
The former Terex RA30 and RA40 articulated dump trucks are now available in Rokbak branding.
“We are very excited to present our new brand and of course our freight forwarders are the showcase,” said Douglas. “Rokbak stands for power, performance and reliability. We already have a very good order backlog for the new brand and want to further expand our reputation, our dealer network and our market share. We’re still the same skilled, experienced and passionate team that works every day to build rock-solid haulers. But we also have a clear vision of where we want to go and who we want to be. “
