Preston Rentals has launched its SuperCrane fleet which is now available for rental in the US. Expanding into the crane sector was a long-term vision of the business and will allow Preston Rentals to offer additional services and expertise to a wider range of customers.
Preston Rentals crane manager John Krane announced the expansion of the Preston Rentals fleet. “This is an exciting milestone for Preston Rentals and an appropriate next step in our continued growth. We listened to the market and understood their needs. We have extensive knowledge and global knowledge of crane skills, as well as the staff to ensure that customers receive the best possible service. I look forward to seeing our equipment on site and providing efficiency to our customers. “
The introduction of crane rental in the US will complement the company’s innovative SuperDeck system for retractable loading platforms, which has been a key material handling solution on US construction sites for 15 years. With a focus on specialized equipment rental, the company continues to seek new ways to provide the market with cost, time and security efficiencies.
There are currently five Preston Rentals service centers in California, Nevada, Texas, Tennessee and the newly opened SuperCrane service center in Littleton, Colorado.
Krane looks forward to speaking with customers about the capabilities of the new mini-crawler and Spyder cranes available, including telescopic crawlers with pick-and-carry capabilities and a footprint of just 20 square feet.
“The fleet was designed as a cost-effective alternative for customers with unique site challenges,” he said. “Our machines are particularly useful when a location requires a minimal crane footprint, minimal ground pressure, or placing the crane on elevated work surfaces such as parking structures and roofs.”
