OZ Lifting Products LLC will showcase its new Tele-Pro-Davit cranes at MODEX (booth 7947) from March 9-12, 2020 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
The Winona, Minnesota-based manufacturer makes its debut at the event after exhibiting at sponsor MHI’s other show, ProMat, which takes place every two years in Chicago. The patent-pending Tele-Pro davit crane enables users to take advantage of other lifting technologies in its range while the boom is being extended and retracted under load.
The new davit will be the centerpiece of a 3 by 20 foot stand in the Fulfillment & Delivery area of the show, where OZ Lifting hopes to appeal to visitors looking for order fulfillment solutions; E-commerce and omni-channel fulfillment; packing and packing order; Third party logistics; Storage; Distribution; and transportation. However, the breadth and variety of OZ Lifting’s offering will make the products available to a much wider audience.
Steve Napieralski, President of OZ Lifting, said, “The first in the industry [Tele-Pro] Davit cranes will be a game changer. However, we have found that all of our products are used in many different markets and industries. We focus on the materials handling, sewage, manufacturing, and property management sectors, but our equipment is used in a wide variety of industries including construction, aerospace, gas, oil, marine, wind, manufacturing, etc. – worldwide. We offer innovative products and solutions that make work easier and safer. “
While the Tele-Pro will be the standout product for many, OZ will also showcase its full line of davit cranes, including the CompOZite and CompOZite Elite carbon fiber models. The 1,200 pounds. Capacity OZ 1200DAV, for example, was recently featured in a widespread case study where it was used on a rooftop for maintenance while contractors performed preventive maintenance on equipment such as filter changes on rooftop units, air conditioners, fans and condensers. The company will also be showing lever hoists, chain hoists, clamps and trolleys.
Napieralski said: “As a new member of MHI and based on the positive feedback we received at ProMat 2019, this will be a natural transition to the MODEX exhibition space. We have continually expanded our product line and found that it fits in many different markets and with a wide variety of customers, which suits our demographics. It will be a great opportunity to connect with new and existing customers; We want to continue to make our brand known and increase awareness in the market – and the event will help us with that. “
He added, “The 0.25-3 ton capacity sector is a good percentage of our business, but we move up to 30 tons [capacity] Chain hoists and trolleys. The last year has been positive for us; We expect further growth in 2020. We are also finishing other products that we have been working on that will continue to use advanced materials and innovative designs. “
