Otsego Crane & Hoist Company is a distributor, designer, manufacturer, and service provider of overhead material handling equipment. Founded in 1989 by Ron Hill, Otsego is a family business that has grown into a stable local leader in the overhead material handling industry. After owning and operating Otsego Crane & Hoist for over 30 years, Ron and his wife Charlotte were ready to retire. In late 2019, Ron hired Calder Capital to find a buyer who would enable the company and its employees to continue to thrive and grow.
