The Westlake Petrochemical programs begin in August and consist of several crane operator training programs. This specific training will build participants’ knowledge and prepare their mobile crane operators for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) certification exam to meet the requirements of OSHA crane operator certification 1926.1427. The Dominion contract includes several rigging programs at theirs Colombia, South Carolina Furnishings. The programs Dominion selects include multiple levels of rigging to prepare for NCCER Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Rigger certifications.
