The specialist for tower crane rental, sales and spare parts Normas has taken over the crane rental business of Ajos in Denmark.

Ajos is a business unit of MT Højgaard Holding A / S which has put the sale price for the shares at DKK 62 million (USD 10 million). The contract, which came into force on April 1, 2021, includes more than 50 tower and semi-mobile cranes. There are seven specialized crane workers.

Normas is a Liebherr tower crane dealer operating in Denmark and southern Sweden. It was founded in 1992 and is now part of the JMM group.

Ajos sold its hoist business in the third quarter of 2020. With the sale of the crane operations, the company will now focus on strengthening its core business in site planning and equipment rental, including sheds, pavilion modules and other buildings.
