Maxim Crane Works, a leading North American crane rental company, has purchased a mix of high capacity rough terrain cranes, five-axle all-terrain cranes and six-axle all-terrain cranes.
After a recent expansion of seven new locations in the United States, Maxim aims to provide new customers with the cranes they need for each job.
“We assessed each category of our current rental fleet and analyzed research data and discussions with our customers to determine which cranes they would need to meet their lifting needs over the next five years. Based on the data, we believe the combination of Grove’s large RT cranes and AT cranes will allow us to maximize our uptime, increase our “rental readiness” and provide the most versatile equipment for the entire Maxim footprint “Said Bryan Carlisle, CEO of Maxim.
Maxim will receive the cranes from this 51 Grove crane order for the next 12 to 24 months.
Also in March, Maxim placed an order for two Manitowoc MLC650 crawler cranes, which will arrive in 2021.
“We are confident that by adding these new units along with our existing fleet and presence, Maxim Crane will enable Maxim Crane to continually evolve and support our ever-changing customer needs,” continues Carlisle.
“Our company is focused on continuous improvement and future-oriented visions to ensure we are able to support the customers we have today as well as the future needs of industrial, renewable energy and infrastructure expansion in the US.”
This investment in Grove cranes from Maxim Crane Works instills confidence in the reliability and durability of Grove products.
“We are committed to investing in the future and providing our team and customers with the best equipment, facilities, safety practices and personnel available in the industry. Bryan and our team evaluated every available product and found that the combination of the GRT8100, GRT8120, GRT9165, GMK5150L, GMK5250XL-1 and GMK6300L would be a perfect addition to our fleet, ”said Frank Bardonaro, COO of Maxim.
