North America’s largest crane rental company Maxim Crane Works has acquired US assets and sites from Canada’s NCSG Crane and Heavy Haul.
Commenting on the deal, Bryan Carlisle, CEO of Maxim Crane Works: “We are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the assets associated with NCSG Crane and Heavy Haul in the US as we continue to expand our western region. We are excited to add the fleet, floor space and team associated with this acquisition to our Maxim family.
“By adding these great team members and equipment, we can improve our service to the wind and renewable energy segment across the region. This will ensure that we can provide safe, reliable, and available services anywhere in the United States. “
The three new locations are in Billings, Sidney and Great Falls, Montana. “With these additional locations and fully operational service centers, Maxim can expand its presence in the region, including the recent opening of our Denver, Colorado office,” added Frank Bardonaro, COO of Maxim.
