ETOBICOKE, ONT. – Mammoet Canada Western was awarded the prestigious safety award by the Crane Rental Association of Canada (CRAC) for high safety standards in 2020 for the fourth year in a row.

Mammoet offers equipment and technical expertise to carry out heavy lifting work safely and efficiently, according to the company’s website.

Founded in 1997, CRAC is committed to the crane industry and Mammoet has been a member of the association since 2002.

Gijs (Gus) Verdeijen, Vice President and General Manager of Mammoet Canada Western Ltd., served as Chairman of the CRAC Board of Directors in 2019-2020 and was responsible for overseeing the association’s activities and providing instructions during the pandemic.
