As a result, the LAPRAIRIE Group of Companies acquired certain assets from ENTREC Alberta Ltd. together with the operational company name Capstan Hauling – with the aim of continuing operations and improving their services and reach in both areas Fort McMurray and Great prairie.

Neither ENTREC Alberta Ltd. Capstan Hauling had operational disruptions during the CCAA or acquisition process.
