Crane awaits assembly on Broadway Ave.
People living in the midst of the concentrated building craze we know as Midtown Yonge and Eglinton could lose track of how unique (not to say miserable) their lives are. Just as Toronto has more construction cranes in use than any other city in North America, Yonge-Eglinton is the melting pot of this furious activity. Here we see a crane waiting to be installed (above) on Broadway Ave., while another one (below) at the nearly completed Tower, The Parker, on Broadway and on Redpath Ave.
